These Terms apply to all transfer bookings made through City Ride Taxis across the United Kingdom. Please read them thoroughly prior to completing checkout.

3. Booking Confirmations & Procedures
Securing your executive airport transfer
A booking is confirmed once checkout payment is completed and an electronic receipt with your unique booking reference is issued.
- Assigned chauffeur and vehicle registration details are dispatched to your mobile/email prior to pickup.
- Passengers must ensure all flight numbers, dates, and times provided during booking are accurate.
- Airport pickups include real-time flight tracking with up to 60 minutes free waiting time after landing.
4. Guaranteed Fixed Pricing & No Hidden Charges
Transparent fares with zero surprise fees
All prices calculated by City Ride Taxis are guaranteed Fixed Fares. There are zero card processing fees, peak surge multipliers, or unexpected charges.
- Toll fees, airport drop-off charges, and VAT are included in your final quote.
- Additional unannounced via-stops or destination changes requested during travel may incur extra charges agreed with the chauffeur.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Passengers must ensure luggage volume and passenger count adhere to the vehicle category booked. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if safety capacity limits are exceeded.
7. Limitation of Liability
Legal boundaries and service protections
City Ride Taxis connects passengers with council-licensed operators. While we enforce strict quality vetting, liability for physical transportation rests with the licensed operator under UK private hire regulations.
